At MyEasyTrip ( Trademark owned by ABHITEJA TOURISM SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED ) , we aim to provide memorable and hassle-free travel experiences. However, we understand that plans may change. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed for bookings made through our website.

1. General Policy

All refund requests must be submitted via email to support@myeasytrip.in with the booking reference number.
Refunds, where applicable, will be credited to the original payment method within 7–14 business days (processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider).

Cancellations by Customers

Tours & Packages:

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the travel date: 100% refund (excluding non-refundable fees, if any).
  • Cancellations made 15–29 days before the travel date: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made 14 days or less before the travel date: No refund.

Hotel Bookings / Transport Services:

  • Subject to the cancellation terms of the respective hotel, or transport provider. Any applicable refund will be processed after deducting service charges.
3. Cancellations by the Company

If a tour, activity, or service is cancelled by [Your Company Name] due to unforeseen circumstances (weather conditions, government restrictions, low participation, etc.), customers will be offered:

  • A full refund, OR
  • An option to reschedule or use the booking value for a future service.
4. No-Show Policy

No refunds will be provided for “no-shows” (failure to arrive at the designated time/place without prior notice).

5. Non-Refundable Services

Bookings made under promotional offers, last-minute deals, or discounted packages are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
